How do I make a deposit?
To make a deposit, follow these simple steps:

    How long does it take for deposits to appear in my account?

    Typical processing time:
  • Fast: usually within 5–30 minutes after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
  • In rare cases, network congestion may cause slight delays — this depends on the selected cryptocurrency and network load, not on our platform.

  • As soon as the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your funds are instantly credited in USD to your account.

  • Email confirmations from your payment provider (Сrypto-wallet)

  • If the issue persists:
    • Contact our 24/7 support team
    • Provide transaction ID and payment details
    • Include screenshots of payment confirmation
