  • How long do withdrawals take to process?
    We know speed matters — that’s why crypto withdrawals are fast and smooth

    Processing time:
  • Internal processing: usually from 1-minutes to 2-hour
  • Blockchain confirmation: typically 1–6 hours depending on the selected network and its current load.

  • Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, funds are delivered directly to your wallet — no banks, no delays.

    First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security checks.
    Are there any withdrawal fees?
    We keep withdrawal fees transparent.

    We do not charge any platform fees for crypto withdrawals.

    The only cost you may encounter is the blockchain network fee, which:
  • is charged by the network itself (not by us);
  • depends on the cryptocurrency and network load at the time of withdrawal;
  • is always clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction.

  • No hidden fees.
    You always see the exact amount you’ll receive.
    Why was my withdrawal declined or delayed?
    Withdrawals may be declined or delayed for several reasons:

    Common reasons:
    • Trading requirements not met
    • Suspicious account activity detected
    • Incorrect payment details provided
    • Technical issues with payment processor

    What to do:
